EL PASO, Texas – An early morning fire left everyone scared but safe. Two people are safe after an early morning house fire in Chamberino.
The fire took place Calle Bambu and San Jacinto Road around 3 a.m. Friday.
Reporter Simon Williams saw several units on the scene, including a New Mexico State University fire truck, alongside West Valley, and Dona Ana County fire crews.
Fire and smoke could be seen when crews arrived.
At one point, people could hear what sounded like gunshots after ammunition exploded inside the home. They say there is also a propane tank behind the house.
Fortunately, everyone made it out safely.
There is no immediate word on what caused the fire.
